Today I would like to talk about the newest book release by my friend and editor of The Dragon of Ynys, E.D.E. Bell. It is titled Just Chad and collects 25 adventures of a robot named Chad, whom we got to know in the first part of the Just Duology: Just Bart.
Chad is just a robot from Future Town. With xyr family network of Angel, a cocktail glass, a flirty phone, and a partying unicorn, xe explores the streets of the city in search of hard-core adventures, and maybe a bit of the realness.
Twenty five episodes of whimsey, humor, friendship, spirit – and resilience.
While this is the sequel to Just Bart, I think you can read it on its own and be only very mildly confused. I do, of course, encourage you to grab both books in a discounted bundle on the Atthis Arts website: click here! If you like absurd, funny, but often also very touching stories, these books are perfect for you.
And if you open Just Chad, the first page will say: “This book is dedicated to Minerva Cerridwen, my favourite robot.”
I’m so, so honoured that E.D.E. Bell dedicated a book to me, and not just a book, but this one. Everyone, grab your copy!
